Superficially, the parable
of the dishonest manager in Luke 16 appears to present the story of a manager who cheats his master and
is commended by Jesus for being a liar and a thief. How in the world
do I preach that? When you're in a position in which you have to hold
forth on something you don't understand very well, there are really
only two courses open: Bluff, or go find someone who DOES understand
and ask him. That's what I did, and I learned much.

Very good. Makes the most sense of what I have heard before.
