An excellent question, Stew and a good sermon -- the passage from Ezekiel is interesting -(the lector at church read in such a low voice that I could not hear -- and afterwards I did not take the time to look it up -- my bad) -- As I recall C.S. Lewis was one who said we might be surprised at who we would see in heaven -- Maybe the one who was not a pleasant person, but who overcame many things to become even the person we saw -- and maybe not the one for whom doing the "good " thing or the 'right" thing just always came easily. Absolutely agree that we are all God's!! I used to doubt the existence of evil -- as a force, not a being -- but now, yes, I believe that evil exists..... but it is not the opposite of God. Hope you are feeling better....
